  1. Add district option to hide Credit Card number from Credit Card Trans Rpt

    Currently there is a option on the Credit Card Transaction Report screen to show the card number as a Full Number, Last Four Digits or Do Not Display. We'd like a district option to remove the choice of displaying the Full Number on the Credit Card Transaction Report. We instruct staff, with access to this, to choose either "last four digits" or "do not display", but they can select the "full number" option. To add a layer of security we would like to remove this option for all users in our district. WP\AP\CC\RE\CT

  2. Detailed Reports by GLN

    In the past, I have always manually reclassed my liablities from GLN 206 to GLN 210 (due to other districts), 212 (due to other govn) and 220 (contracts payable). This year, I thought I would set the system up to book automatically to the correct GLN's. I was able to successfully do so, but then for the life of me, could not get a report to show the detail I booked to each liability account.   3. Select Check Column Sorting - WF\AP\CR\CR

    Sorry for the repost but, PR 4045393 did not address this issue as the screen is still not sortable. Need the ability to sort by columns that was removed in Addendum 2 (02/25/2019) restored. If there is an issue with maintaining the marks on selected checks you fix the issue instead of removing a function that brings the issue to light. We are talking about the screen "Select Checks to Apply Statement Date" where you complete the checkbox to apply the date to the selected checks.

  4. Wire Payment Check Number

    Need check number for wire payments assigned during the check register process instead of invoice created. Invoices in batch status currently have check numbers when payment method is wire. This is causing check numbers to be out of sequence when including the check date. Wire payments created on the first and paid on the last day have check numbers before wire payments entered and paid on the 15th.

  5. PO notes available under vendors

    When a note is added to a specific PO, the note does not show up on the vendor tab (under notes), but attachments do. Can the notes show up like attachments do?

  6. Expense Reimbursement Reports

    The Expense Reimbursement area currently doesn't have any reports. It would be nice if similar to Credit Cards we could run transaction reports by status such as Waiting for Approval. There currently is not a great way for District to play big brother and make sure everyone across the district is staying on top of their approvals.

  7. Edit Expense Reimbursement Code Name

    The ability to edit expense reimbursement code names. We track mileage between sites, and it would be nice to change so the codes from one school are all grouped together. It would be nice to change the name to allow this for users to find codes easier.

  8. Select multiple credit card transactions and attach to a purchase order or budget code.

    I would like to be able to select multiple CC transactions for a purchase order or a budget code. I have to individually select the purchase order for multiple transactions even though they are on the same purchase order. The same thing is true when I am submitting an expense report that only has a budget code. The other part to a purchase order is when I attach a receipt to a transaction with a purchase order, the receipt does not attach to the acutal po. I have to do that separately.

  9. Choose Invoice Status to See

    For invoice entry screen change the "status" to have the ability to check a box next to which ones you want to see. You can simplify the choices and allow greater control. For example I would like to be able to see those in batch and those waiting approval at the same time, but I can't because it is not a separate option to select.

  10. Allow approvers to edit exp accts

    Allow invoice approvers to edit expense accounts. This would let them make any changes without having to send it back and forth multiple times. Something that would also be helpful is if the expense accounts could be shown as part of the "grid" that you can see without having to do a drop down.

  11. Ability to adjust vendor name font size when printing checks

    We need the ability to adjust font size for the vendor name printed for both A/P and Payroll checks. Our bank has indicated that increasing the font size would make the check more friendly to machine reading for increased security. This issue was raised by our bank as they reviewed our checks for a fraud prevention program.

    Thank you for submitting this idea. Nelco is the authorized partner of compatible paper forms for the Skyward software. All W-2 and 1099 forms, checks, and school forms are guaranteed 100% compatible. Any issues with the check layout will need to be handled by Nelco as Skyward is unable to alter the format in anyway.

  12. Add an option to void a check using original dates.

    It would be much easier to void a check with the option to void using original dates vs. having to find the dates.

  14. Attaching a PO with multiple lines to Credit Card Transactions

    When attaching a PO with multiple lines to a credit card transaction, it would be beneficial to have the option to only select from the line(s) you need, vs. having to 'assign all PO lines' and then having to delete the ones you don't need from the Transaction Detail Lines

  16. Credit Card approvals

    I know the final approval has the option to "select all" transactions for approval. Why can't the Accounts Payable person have the same option? I am clicking on 200-250 transactions. Thank you.

    Would like to be able to reprint checks, currently no way to save the check file if there is a print malfunction and have to void and reissue all the checks if you close out.

  18. Report Print Options at All Levels

    The goal is to allow any/all pre-verifiers and approvers the options of printing the Reimbursement Report for their records is necessary. Currently only the employee submitting the Expense Reimbursement and AP staff have the capability of printing this report. Make the Print option button available to any pre-verify or approver throughout the Expense Reimbursement process.

  19. Correct Reimbursement Report Totals

    The goal of this enhancement is to accurately show the reimbursement total in the various fields within the Expense Reimbursement process and on the printed report. Currently the totals include the Direct Bill Amounts which is not made clear to the users/approvers. We would like to see a grand total for all expenses incurred by the employee less the Direct Bill items and then a final balance for the actual Reimbursement amount. It appears that Skyward is already capturing the reimbursement amounts separately in the activity screens but not clearly reporting them throughout the process.

  20. Credit Cards

    I've noticed a couple things that could be changed since working with the credit cards and training our staff on how to submit their transactions. I would like to see a pop up to flag the user to select a PO or something along those lines. It's too easy to add detail and acct codes without selecting a PO. Also, there is some confusion when assigning the PO detail to the transaction with the Assign All PO lines and Close as the options. I particularly like the Assign all PO lines option but it seems to confuse some. And if…
