  1. Edit Expense Reimbursement Code Name

    The ability to edit expense reimbursement code names. We track mileage between sites, and it would be nice to change so the codes from one school are all grouped together. It would be nice to change the name to allow this for users to find codes easier.

  2. Select multiple credit card transactions and attach to a purchase order or budget code.

    I would like to be able to select multiple CC transactions for a purchase order or a budget code. I have to individually select the purchase order for multiple transactions even though they are on the same purchase order. The same thing is true when I am submitting an expense report that only has a budget code. The other part to a purchase order is when I attach a receipt to a transaction with a purchase order, the receipt does not attach to the acutal po. I have to do that separately.

  3. Choose Invoice Status to See

    For invoice entry screen change the "status" to have the ability to check a box next to which ones you want to see. You can simplify the choices and allow greater control. For example I would like to be able to see those in batch and those waiting approval at the same time, but I can't because it is not a separate option to select.

  4. Allow approvers to edit exp accts

    Allow invoice approvers to edit expense accounts. This would let them make any changes without having to send it back and forth multiple times. Something that would also be helpful is if the expense accounts could be shown as part of the "grid" that you can see without having to do a drop down.

  5. Ability to adjust vendor name font size when printing checks

    We need the ability to adjust font size for the vendor name printed for both A/P and Payroll checks. Our bank has indicated that increasing the font size would make the check more friendly to machine reading for increased security. This issue was raised by our bank as they reviewed our checks for a fraud prevention program.

    Thank you for submitting this idea. Nelco is the authorized partner of compatible paper forms for the Skyward software. All W-2 and 1099 forms, checks, and school forms are guaranteed 100% compatible. Any issues with the check layout will need to be handled by Nelco as Skyward is unable to alter the format in anyway.

  6. Add an option to void a check using original dates.

    It would be much easier to void a check with the option to void using original dates vs. having to find the dates.

  7. Create Reoccurring Invoice in WEB

    It would be nice if we could create reoccurring invoice template in WEB. Currently we can only create it in PAC but can Generate from Reoccurring in WEB.

  8. Attaching a PO with multiple lines to Credit Card Transactions

    When attaching a PO with multiple lines to a credit card transaction, it would be beneficial to have the option to only select from the line(s) you need, vs. having to 'assign all PO lines' and then having to delete the ones you don't need from the Transaction Detail Lines

  10. Credit Card approvals

    I know the final approval has the option to "select all" transactions for approval. Why can't the Accounts Payable person have the same option? I am clicking on 200-250 transactions. Thank you.

  11. Reprint Accounts Payable checks

    Would like to be able to reprint checks, currently no way to save the check file if there is a print malfunction and have to void and reissue all the checks if you close out.

  12. Report Print Options at All Levels

    The goal is to allow any/all pre-verifiers and approvers the options of printing the Reimbursement Report for their records is necessary. Currently only the employee submitting the Expense Reimbursement and AP staff have the capability of printing this report. Make the Print option button available to any pre-verify or approver throughout the Expense Reimbursement process.

  13. Correct Reimbursement Report Totals

    The goal of this enhancement is to accurately show the reimbursement total in the various fields within the Expense Reimbursement process and on the printed report. Currently the totals include the Direct Bill Amounts which is not made clear to the users/approvers. We would like to see a grand total for all expenses incurred by the employee less the Direct Bill items and then a final balance for the actual Reimbursement amount. It appears that Skyward is already capturing the reimbursement amounts separately in the activity screens but not clearly reporting them throughout the process.

  14. Credit Cards

    I've noticed a couple things that could be changed since working with the credit cards and training our staff on how to submit their transactions. I would like to see a pop up to flag the user to select a PO or something along those lines. It's too easy to add detail and acct codes without selecting a PO. Also, there is some confusion when assigning the PO detail to the transaction with the Assign All PO lines and Close as the options. I particularly like the Assign all PO lines option but it seems to confuse some. And if…

  16. We are having a problem with the Credit Card Vendor Cross Reference and specifically Amazon.

    We are having a problem with the Credit Card Vendor Cross Reference and specifically Amazon. Amazon must have changed something because each transaction now has its own version of an Amazon vendor. Last month I had to match-up 40 separate transactions to our Skyward Amazon vendor. My suggestion would be to give users the option to match the first 6 or 8 characters and have the vendor match not have to be an exact match for vendors that they choose.

  17. Add Description to Check Request screens

    Currently our Admin's are entering check requests and required to enter Budget or Internal as the first word of their description. We have two processors and their workload is based on Budget and Internal accounts. If the Admin forgets to enter budget/internal name they could be overlooked by a specific processor. Our Admin's have asked that the description be a filter field so they can see all their submitted check requests with the detail and description so they ensure they have entered budget/internal. Admin's will have one activity view to quickly scan and make sure the word budget/internal is listed.…

  18. Reocurring Invoices and purchse orders

    It would be nice on the reoccurring purchase orders is there was a mass update for the fiscal year. The way it is now you have to log into PAC and then you have to update each vendor separately with the new fiscal year.   19. Denial reason shown in email sent to originator

    If a check request is denied the denial reason is not shown in the email that is sent to the originator. This causes inefficiencies because then the person has to call the business office to find out why their check request was denied. Further confusion is caused by the fact that a Notes field is in the email that the employee receives it's just left blank. Therefore they don't think to go into Skyward to check if there is a denial reason because the field in the email is blank. It's currently confusing to people in our District because we…

  20. Check Stub Printing

    We would like to have the check stub for our checks print in 2 parts instead of having to print the check and then print a separate voucher (and in the case of SBAA they have to photo copy the checks because there isn't a voucher option). We purchased our checks from the Skyward recommended vendor Nelco and the checks come with a perforation in the stub to be able to print that way. We are wasting money and time by having to print vouchers and make photocopies. I'm surprised more districts haven't complained about this. This is an enhancement…
