Org Chart Lock/Unlock Button
The new unlock/lock button in the org chart is causing issues. We NEED multiple people to be able to edit at once. We have a person who hires certified and a person who hires support and we don't have the luxury of waiting for one or the other to be done editing so the other can get in there and do their work. Our payroll department often updates org chart set ups as people change positions as well, simultaneously. Also, didn't realize this but if one person locks it down and leaves for the day, everyone else is stuck until they return and unlock it.

The lock/unlock button is very inconvenient for HR. There are only two of us who need access to make changes for HR reasons. If one of us is in the chart, it also affects our business office, and they cannot access the information for their purposes.

I agree 100%. This is extremely inconvenient. What happens if someone leaves for vacation for a week and forgot to unlock the org chart. We need multiple people to have access at the same time. We also have someone that handles certified staff and someone that handles support staff and our payroll dept does their processes as well. It would be better if it would time out after a certain time instead of it staying locked until that person unlocks.
