The time off tracker report is nearly perfect, but it could benefit from an additional column. In the Additional Codes and Settings section, the Time Off Codes and Reasons are listed, but including the Description/Comment section would be very helpful when reviewing time off requests. This section would capture comments from the staff, saving time during the review process.
For example, when a staff member takes a day off on a restricted date and the comment says "Principal approved," we know we don't need to contact the school to verify the restricted day. Currently, we have to check each individual in Skyward to see what is noted in the comment section.
