    Thank you for submitting this idea.

    This functionality already exists in Skyward. If an employee submits their time sheets from web, mobile, and reader when an unapproved time off request is out there for that week validation exists to prevent the user from submitting the time sheet.

    There is also validation when the time sheet is being approved to catch any unapproved time off requests at that point.

    Is the situation that the time off requests are being put in after the time sheet has been submitted/approved?

    Totally agree that it would be wonderful to have Skyward not allow a True Time timesheet to be submitted if a time off request is still not fully approved.

    Yes! This would be so helpful. Our district has the same issue. We can assign multiple supervisors on the Org chart for approval of time off and hours submitted through True Time, but all approved time off goes to the primary position. Since we can select the appropriate supervisor when they have more than one person approving hours worked and time off hours, could we also add the options of selecting which pay code to attach the time off to??

    When we send out the message to staff letting them know when they can select to receive their W2 electronically, can we remove the option of "Ask Later"? A very high percentage of staff select that option to "Ask Later" and then don't make a selection. We thought that making them choose between paper copy or electronic copy right away would make better use of this process.
