Cash Receipts to Print Additional Dates
Currently cash receipts only print the "Receipt" Date on the final receipt. I believe that date pulls from the date on the detail page. We would like the option of entering a "deposit" date (at bank), an "entered" date (into Skyward and a "posting" or batch update date (in Skyward) on the detail page. It would be very helpful when looking at the printed receipt (like our auditors do) to have all of these dates available to anyone that needs to see it.
All of our schools make their bank deposit for TBR, Food Service and Child Care into one corporation bank account. As the Corporation Treasurer, I am the one that receipts those deposits into Skyward, completes the bank recs and gets audited. So if a school forgets to send me a copy of the deposit slip and it's backup right away, at least I could show when each part of the deposit and receipt was completed.
