Thank you for submitting this idea. We need your feedback!
We’re looking for clarity on this idea: Is this idea requesting an update to the reporting capabilities or does it deal more with the fact that if you backdate something we don’t have a tracker field in Data Mining to indicate that the transaction was backdated?
Thank you for your feedback!
An error occurred while saving the comment Jayne Grillo commentedThis request doesn't have anything to do with backdating any transactions. It is only for reporting and the SBOA auditors expect us to be able to recreate any report and get the same data on the report. So if I run a report today then two years from now, I should be able to run that same report and get the exact same data if I use the exact same date or date span. We were able to do that in our former software.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jayne Grillo commentedThis is something that our district (and auditors) have been complaining about for over 4 years. I certainly hope they can add this feature.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jayne Grillo commentedIt would be so helpful if Skyward had a way to look up a check by date or check# range. It is the most difficult system to look up a check when it could be so easy.

We suggest you try this instead:
There is report within the Form 9 process to “Report Account without Crosswalks”
Navigate to Financial Management > Account Management > State Processing > Crosswalk Accounts > Report Accounts without Crosswalks.
Thank you!
An error occurred while saving the comment Jayne Grillo commentedI already run that one but when you go to add the crosswalks, you still have to scroll through a billion accounts or you have to type in each account manually to add the crosswalks. Either way it is very time consuming and as the list of accounts grows, the crosswalk list is even bigger each year. It would still be better to be able to sort the crosswalk accounts to those that do not have crosswalks. Is there a way to remove all SBAA accounts since those never get crosswalked?

Currently the only way to search for a PO is by the PO#. There are many times we don't know the PO# and only the vendor name. So it would be helpful to be able to search for a PO by the vendor name in each PO group.
