Need 3rd Party Vendor Added
I am not sure my original sent (I didn't get a copy so I am sending one more time). We need to have a 3rd Pary Vendor Added. Our Retirement Company RHI (Charls Schwab) has a biweekly required file we needs to creat every payroll. We need an excel file from each payroll with the following in each column in this order A) SSN B) First C) Mid Initial D) Last E) Address 1 F) Address 2 G) City H) State I) Zip J) DOB K) Hire Date L) The amount deducted for R403P M) The amount deducted for RREPY N) The amount deducted forR403B I have been working with Mark (3898109 Support Acct). He has been unable to create what we need. He was able to pull the info in Data Mining BUT all the deductions are in the same column unless they have more than one which makes it even worse. It would require us to cut and paste data. This opens us up to errors and doubles the amount of work we had to do before Skyward. I have having a hard time understanding why this isn't possible. Even our old antiquated system could pull deduction amounts in separate columns. Copies of the files I sent to Mark are in the service account 3898109. I have to have this file every payroll. Please let me know if I can provide anything else to help accomplish this.
