We recently decided we'd like to add a hyperlink to the terms and conditions of our POs to the footer of our PO. Our Purchasing Specialist had requested input from other districts as to how they handled this. Several districts sent over sample POs, but I found that none of their links work, as they exceed the 45 character limit per line. (I'm pretty sure they don't realize they aren't working)
On my end, I tried to break up the url so it would work - but since the lines in the footer section are completely separate, this didn't work. Attaching an image won't keep the url live either. In the end, I ended up creating a shorter link via tinyurl.com, but we'd much rather be able to display our own full link - or just be able to create a link to the actual url instead. Thank you.
