Email Direct Deposit
Ability to email print deposit advices to employees who do not have employee access.
Current process is we print them and mail to employee as they do not have employee access. Having the ability to email them would save paper and money on postage. Email address is already tied to their profile.

Thank you for reviewing this idea. In looking at the paystub information, I don't see any security information that would be compromising? There is no social security information, dollar amounts but that should not make a difference. I ask that you reevaluate and look at the possibility of sending these electronically. Not only is it more economical, but it would reduce paper.
