My question is how can the view only security privileges to see attachments in SBAA? The view only privileges do not show an attachment button, on the receipts for example.
The attachments screen in SBAA does not have its own security menu and is tied into the menu paths in SBAA. Because the attachments have to be added that is why they are programmed to only see the attachments button with level 3 access.
Give notes and attachments in SBAA their own security menu path.

With the release of June Addendum 5, available on 8/5/21, the notes and attachment options for all SBAA menu items can now be accessed by users in a level one security group.
