Leave Without Pay allowing for approval without denying timesheet once switched from used to unpaid
This is a timing issue with Leave Without Pay that is put in as used and when TRS Reporting is done the LWOP is switched to unpaid, in the mean time the employee has submitted the timesheet with used LWOP and when the approver tries to approve it will not let the approver approve because it has been switched to unpaid. The only way is for the approver to deny the timesheet and have the employee resubmit. I feel if the employee is submitting LWOP that it should allow for an approver to approve without having to deny. This takes up a lot of time on the approvers part, the employees part and mine. Is there a way around this that can make it happen?.
