Allow Description to copy over automatically when entering line by line Journal entries
When entering Detail Line by Line journal entries, it would be nice for the description to automatically copy over when you Save & Again.

Hi Michelle. This is an option in Skyward. If you go into the PAC version and click on the Journal Entry button, there is a Green Question Mark at the top of the screen just to the left of the Clone button. You click on the Green Question Mark, select Data Retention on Add, and then you can place a check next to any of the fields that you want to copy over. If you are in the Web version, Go to Account Management, Submit Journal Entry, and the bottom button on the right side of the screen is Data Retention on Add. Click it and then check mark what you want to be copied over. Hope this helps.
