Add an information line to CCd Time Off requests
Employees requesting time off can choose to notify other employees of that request and the result is that the selected employees are CCd on the full email chain of that request often with subject lines like New Time Off Request for Your Approval. When they read the body they can see that they are not actually an approver but employees get confused about why they are receiving these notifications. I would like to help eliminate some of this confusing by adding a one line information sentence to the start of these emails when employees are CCd. For employees receiving carbon copies of time off request emails prepend to the beginning of the measure You are being copied on this email chain at the request of requestor name to keep you informed of this time off transaction.
