Work Comp Report
Several districts in the south central Kansas region would like to be able to create a work comp report. This report would be helpful annually for the work comp audit. Several of these districts have contacted Skyward service calls for help in the creation of this report and with the help of Skyward customer service agents the process is still manual. You can either run the wage data and manually leave data or vice versa. We are requesting that a report be generated that eliminates the manual entry. The report needs to subtract overtime and leave totals from the earnings so the district is not paying work comp premium for salary paid but not worked. 10 districts within our business office support group are in need of this work comp report.

The Work Comp Report will be available in the 05.20.02.00.02 & 05.19.10.00.11 releases.
Prior to running the report you will need to navigate to Human Resources > Employee > Product Setup > Codes > Pay Codes to add the Workers’ Comp Code to Pay Code Maintenance. This is also available on PaC.

YES YES YES!!! This is a crucial report to ALL districts in Kansas! We need a way to see what the gross wages are by pay code and then be able to subtract out any paid time off! This would save all districts so much time and money.

Osawatomie USD 367 would be in favor of this report also. It is a very tedious task that is preformed annually.
