Mobile Time Sheet Submission is available now if you are utilizing the following:
1. Submit Mobile Time Sheet Warning Message Added if the Time Sheet contains an 11:59 PM record (PR 3786706 – June Addendum 9) – When submitting time sheets from the Mobile app, users will receive a warning if the time sheet contains a transaction with an 11:59 p.m. end time. This warning will only appear if the Timekeeping Rule is set up to not be used by 3rd shift employees and when using the option to create 11:59 p.m. end times for employees who do not clock out.
2. Mobile Time Sheet Submission Reasons for Over/Under Hours (PR 3778570 – June Addendum 13) – Employees in timekeeping rules using over or under reasons on time sheets can submit their time sheets using the mobile application. Submission reasons for being over or under the employee’s scheduled hours have been added to the mobile time sheet submission process.
3. Submit Mobile Time Sheets with Multiple Supervisors (PR 3786200 – October Addendum 8) – Employees with multiple supervisors will be able to select which supervisor should approve the pay codes on their time sheet when submitted from the Mobile application. Supervisors will be defaulted to the supervisor that was last used for the pay code. A supervisor selection will be required if they have not previously submitted a time sheet using that pay code, or if supervisors change.
More functionality still to come! We are continuing to work on Mobile Time Sheet submission and the following are the next pieces we will be working on in order to use the mobile app for time sheet submission:

2. Required Comp Time
3. Daily Comp Time
