Evaluation
We would like a program where we can create an employee evaluation directly into Skyward Financial. We need to be able to have the supervisor fill out the form and the employee to only be able to add in goals and other comments. Then have this form available to the supervisor, employee, and HR under the employee profile. It would be nice to be able to rate the areas from 1-5 and have it tally for us automatically. It would also be nice to be able to have the employee acknowledge the form after the review is completed, without having a task assigned to do so.
