It looks like currently the My Employee's TIme Off Per Week widget is only programmed to look at individuals directly under the current supervisor and not the individuals underneath the people below the individuals.

Our time off requests in Skyward first go the Payroll Secretary, then the Administrator. At this time, only the Secretary has access to see all staff in their building via a quick glance of My Employee's Time Off Per Week. It would be helpful if Administrators could see all staff that they complete an approval for within the My Employee's Time Off Per Week widget (not just the employee directly under them).
