New Hire request need to have conditional routing at different levels. Currently we are limited and do not have conditional routing and are requiring the use of filters and end users having to approve one below as opposed to the requests routing directing to their queue. The expected outcome is for anyone creating/approving a New Hire Requisition to have the ability to choose from a drop-down who to route the form to. Currently this functionality exists in the time-off module where an end user can select more than one person to have their leave approved. Similarly we would like for the person completing/approving the req to select. Here is our specific example. All Schools-departments who create or approve a New Hire Requisition should be able to select either Jacki Anderson or Pam Diaz as the 2nd Level once the req has been started or approved at the first level. Next Pam Diaz and or Jacki Anderson should be able to route their approvals to either Instructional(Beverly Finley) or NonInstructional(Bart Brookes). We are currently not able to do this so I will have to route ALL requests to Pam Diza (Title I) and then have Position Control (Jacki Anderson) look for all those NonTitle I requests one-below at Pam's Level. We will have to do the same again with Bart Brooks since most requisitions route to Instr and should not.
