When using Salary & Negotiations, Employee Mgmt, and uploading in to Payroll, it would be extremely helpful if the Employee Selection Parameters would be the same for all three - instead of having to set each one up separately.

We here at JCSD#1 support this fully. This is our first year we have tried to send out employee letters/contracts in Skyward and when creating the letter we had a selection parameter AND then in online forms we have to select the same parameters. It would BE SO VERY, VERY HELPFUL to share selection parameters here.

I don't know if this is the same thing, but if I make a change in the current Fiscal Year EM plan, I want that change linked to my Salary Negotiations scenarios and potentially into the next Fiscal Year EM plan, if we've rolled into that. It appears that changing the Account in the Pay Record Maintenance does give me the option to select the different plans. Would streamline the whole process if it was applicable in other areas.
