Employee Access Time Off
We have currently implemented employee access time off. We have two employees who deal with arranging subs rather a program that does this for us. We have asked employees to select these two individuals every time they make a request. As an approver however you can't tell if this has happened or not. Is there a way to add a field so the approver can see who has been selected for the email or pre-populate these names so they don't have to be selected each time? Our issue is that if these two people weren't chosen we could have a classroom teacher absent and no sub secured.

A browse detail has been added to the Time Off approvals screen that shows any employees who have been selected to also receive emails about the time off request.
