ACA information in employee access.
Need employees to be able to view their current dependents name birthday and social security number under their employee access. Do not want the employee to have the ability to edit just view.
When 1095's were submitted last year if a social security number birthdate or name (especially those who recently married) did not match with social security administration the district was notified to make corrections. I was told in the future if employee and employee dependent information is submitted wrong it can result in fines charged to the employee. We want employees to verify all information the district has in skyward regarding their dependents before we submit the 1095's. Skyward informed me the employees can only see the previous year dependents under the previous year 1095's information and not the current year dependent information.

With the 05.20.06.00.04 release available on 7/23/2020, from Employee Access Employees can view their current dependents name, birthday and social security number under newly added tabs for ACA 1095-C and 1095-B info.

Does not apply to us. Not sure why I voted for this, unless just read the title and not description.
I wish employees had access to view ACA hours by date on Employee Access. Frequently get employee emails asking if they got paid for extra hours on such and such day. All time paid by day is entered in ACA hours so I wish I could refer employees to employee access to view the ACA hours paid for themselves.
