We understand that the name field character limits could be longer, we are excited to announce that they have been extended on the Qmlativ product. We recommend that you use the Legal Name fields for those students whose names do not fit in the standard name fields. These legal names can be sent via state reporting.

Looking into options for adding Staff State ID to Skybuild.
Data Mining is a tool for Student information reporting, so Staff State ID will not be added to this area of the software.

I know this is not a perfect solution, but we use ISCorp to host our Skyward. With our subscription we can have a production and backup running at the same time. We ask to put a snapshot of Skyward production data of the end of the school year to our backup.
Now we no longer have to change the reports up but simply log into our 'backup' and it is in the previous year.

There is an option in the Family Access Entity Configuration area to “allow guardians to send message center messages”. If enabled, guardians can post messages to all teachers via the Wall/Home.
If this solution will satisfy the customer need – we will void/remove this idea from the Product Ideas Portal.

Thank you all for the comments and ideas! I hate to be the bearer of bad news. Upon further technical review, it has been decided we will not be moving forward with this request at this time due to the differences in records and complexity of screen and Health Condition specific security.

Completion rate?
Percent of concentrators (students who take two or more courses in a sequence) who earn a CTE Board-recognized credential?
Graduation rate?
Percent of concentrators (students who take two or more courses in a sequence) who graduate from high school ?
Participation gap: difference between a group’s representation among CTE participants and their representation in the entire school’s population?
Completion gap: difference between a group’s representation among CTE completers and their representation in the entire school’s population?
Groups measured: race, poverty status, ***, disability status, English Learner status
