  1. Requesting warning message for Bank Routing Info

    Issue When entering direct deposit information it seems like (to my payroll specialists) the system finds the closest routing number in the library. They key in the routing number and select the bank name that comes up. We just found an incident where the payroll specialist entered a routing number & that bank was not in our library - but she did not realize it - and the bank name selected was the next closest. Can something be changed to warn them during data entry that the routing number is not in the library. Kind of like it does with…

  2. 'Unselect All' is needed in Clone/Replace Securities utility

    When cloning/replacing securities, an 'Unselect All' option is needed in the Budgetary Data Mining area. The default is to have every BDM report selected. Some employees have hundreds of BDM reports, and each one has to be unselected if they aren't wanted to be cloned.

  3. Allow Time Off to be allocated to 2 different pay codes

    Allow Time Off to be allocated to 2 different pay codes. Example: an employee that works as a bus driver and an aide will need time off for both pay codes and there is not great option to do this.

  4. Employee Pseudo Approval Email Confirmations

    When approving or denying items in the Employee Pseudo Approval section, it would be great if an email was sent to the employee confirming the approval or showing them the reason for denial. The email could go to the employee's email address(es) on file.

  5. Rename Bank Codes

    We have inactive bank codes that are at the top of every list. It is irritating having these banks in the way. If we could rename the code, then they could be forced to the bottom of every list and help save time.

  6. Add Account Number as a field on Vendor Profile

    Add "Account number" as a field on Vendor Profile. Ideally this field would print on the checks so that vendors could use this information to identify which account to apply the payment to.

  7. Account Adjustment by Specific Dollar Amounts

    Payroll account adjustments are currently only able to use percentages. It would be extremely helpful if we were able to also do the accounting adjustments by specific dollar amounts. This would help for situations where you are trying to move part to a grant. Some grants need it down to the exact penny and that can be hard to achieve using percentages.

  8. Please create a report meeting WRS specs for mid year mass terms and enrollments

    Please create a report that would meet WRS specs for the massive amounts of mid year terms and enrollments. We can data mine the information needed however, the set up and format they require is something that has to be designed by our software provider to meet the requirements that WRS has.

  9. Expense Reimbursement - Verify Available Funds

    GOAL:
    The Verify Funds options should be made available in the Expense Reimbursement module. Without this function, reimbursement requests can be made without available funds. The enhancement would eliminate the possibility of processing payments without available funds and provide necessary controls in the software. Like any other process related to budget...purchase orders, check requests, etc....this option should be applied to Expense Reimbursements.

    In the meantime, if you haven’t tried this already, it could be the solution you’re looking for:

    The AP available funds setup in PaC > SA > FM Config > AP will govern Expense Reimbursements. It does so at the AP Processing level, so you won’t necessarily see the verification at the Expense Reimbursement phase. Neither will it verify at the Exp Reimbursement approval phase. Instead, you will noticed an * indicating that the account is over-budget.

  10. Time off hours should match FTE import/Employee Management

    It would be great if the time off hours would auto update to match each imports FTE instead of having to manually update for all of those who have changed each school year. Manually updating Insurance Tracker FTE as well as time off hours.

    Do not drop the attachment when applying a PO to a pcard transaction. It would be nice if the attachments included in the PO would stick when applying that PO to a pcard transaction. Then we don't have to reattach the invoice when that transaction finally comes through a few weeks after the order was placed.

  12. Ability to view Account Number from Entry and Approval Screen

    In the invoices entry, requisition entry, purchase order entry, invoice approval, and requisition approval screens you should be able to see the expense accounts as part of the grid. This would allow you to check the account distribution without having to go into each individual invoice or requisition. Would speed up checking and make entry more consistent.

  13. add a mass add of pay codes in Web

    If there cannot be a way to add a processing list to PAC to add pay codes based on a processing list please add a mass add/delete/edit option to Web.
    This is so important at the end of the year when we have 100+ people that we pay severance pay to. We could run a processing report based on term date and then give those people a severance pay code. We could then go to mass edit pay codes and change the amount for each of those people.

    We’d like to better understand this request. Can you tell us more about how the current selection parameters on the mass change utility is not meeting your needs in PaC? 


    Related question/ try this instead: Are you using Employee Management at your district? If so, you can run the Additional Pay Code Mass Add Utility to add the severance code to the Employee Assignments using a Processing List. Then, when you run the Assignment Export /Payroll Import, the Employee Pay Records will be updated.

    Add a column to flag eCommerce requisitions in the approval process just like there's an option when initially adding a requisition? I've attached screen shots.

  15. Import applications from third party applications

    Many employers take advantage of posting positions to sites such as Indeed, Career Builder, and college recruiting sites such as Handshake, Simplicity, etc.

    It would be great to have those resumes/applications transfer to FastTrack.

  16. allow to override sending an email to employee and approver in True Time

    We have it set up that approvers receive email notification when a timesheet, TS, has been submitted and employee receives email notification when a TS is denied.
    Sometimes Payroll has to deny sheets to make corrections such as a pay code used or deny and resubmit so it catches the time off because employee submitted before the TO pulled in.
    In these cases we make all the changes, mostly because by the time we get to them there isn't a lot of time to wait for the employee to fix, resubmit, and have them re-approved. When the email goes out…

  17. Vendor Browse - Last Used Date

    On the vendor browse it would be helpful to have a last used date that shows the last invoice or payment date for each vendor. This would help with the 1099 Info so we can look at only those that were used during the year to see if they have 1099 information filled out correctly. It would also be helpful in the general vendor browse so you can quickly see which vendors have not been used in a few year and be able to do a cleanup on your vendor list.

  18. Clear "Imported to Worksheet on Date" when transaction deleted from worksheet

    When a transaction detail record is imported into a worksheet and then deleted would it be possible to clear the "Imported to Worksheet on Date" fields. The only solution at this point is to delete the whole transaction record and create a new one.

    We are trying work on automating our processes but we are running into issues when there are more docks then how much the pay is for. If an employee has $3000 gross but needs $4000 in Docks then we carry that forward to the next month. How it works now is we have to delete the…

  19. Pulling Active only positions in DM

    Need the system to read behind the scenes if a person has terminated out of one job and started another in order for the one position the employee is currently active in is the only position that pulls through on a DM report. EXAMPLE: Employee started the year as custodian at Buck Lake Elem and terminated that assignment on 10/5/2020 and started a new position as a Building Maintenance Supervisor on 10/6/2020 through the end of the fiscal year. The only position that should pull through on a DM report of any kind is the Building Maintenance Supervisor position.
