    The purpose of the batch lock is to protect a requisition or WIP if a user is kicked out of the software/incorrectly exits the software. This prevents other users from making any undesired changes other than the original user until it is either edited or unlocked.

    One of the ways a user can typically unlock their own, is to click "edit" with the requisition/invoice/etc... and then clicking Save and it will unlock the process.

    Could you expand upon the circumstances the budget import would not satisfy the importing of new account numbers?
