Looking into options for adding Staff State ID to Skybuild.
Data Mining is a tool for Student information reporting, so Staff State ID will not be added to this area of the software.

Have you considered the effects on staff who are also guardians and have a single account for both their staff and Family Access accounts?

Thank you all for the comments and ideas! I hate to be the bearer of bad news. Upon further technical review, it has been decided we will not be moving forward with this request at this time due to the differences in records and complexity of screen and Health Condition specific security.

Becky - This idea seems to have some popularity, but you might consider moving it from Staff to the Family Access area or attempt to create a Mobile App category.

As mentioned by others in the comments, you can leverage parental consent notes and/or critical alerts to help draw additional attention to these students. We did bring this feedback over to the Qmlativ product and much like on SMS you can require acknowledgement on Critical Alerts; however, on Qmlativ we do this per student based on their explicit situation, in addition to allowing a custom note to be added to the alert that can be viewed by anyone who has access to that student indicator for additional awareness.

Some of the special Programs are available in the Fed/State reporting area. However, the reports don't include the data in a format that we need for certain groups (CIS/ACE) because the reports don't include all of the fields required.
