Thank you for submitting the product idea!
1. Just for clarification, whenever a user makes an edit to a timesheet note, you would want the approvers to get an email notification?
a. With this, would this only be if they edited after submission of the timesheet?
2. The 2nd portion you are looking for a similar widget to the time off approvals widget?
Thank you for your additional input, the idea will remain open for continued voting by the Skyward community.

An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Sarah Partain commentedOur Approvers have asked for this time and time again. Is it at all possible to add this to True Time? This would save our Approvers time from having to go and hunt for the Edits, and would boost productivity in that edits would be made on time so that staff could submit sooner.

Have you tried any of the following suggestions?
(1) Have you tried excluding pay codes that you don’t want? There is the ability to exclude pay codes that you don’t want employees tracking time against from True Time. This can be done with district wide or by timekeeping rule.
(2) You mentioned the app. Does that mean that the employees are having the biggest issue on the mobile app? When employees have multiple pay codes to track time against. the primary pay code is indicated in pretenses. This should happen automatically.
(3) Is it a business practice to deny the Time Sheet, wait for the employee to change it, re-approve and re-submit? HR should have the ability to update the pay code from the Employee Profile in the Web.
Thank you!

Hello! Please tell us more on your use cases for this. What are your processes and policies in place for an option for multiple Remit To's from One Order From Vendor? Could you share some examples where this comes into play? Thank you!
An error occurred while saving the comment Sarah Partain commentedThis scenario comes into play more often when a company has multiple divisions under one Order From umbrella. The example we are working on right now is a vendor that sells products and also leases equipment. The payment for the products is one Remit to and the payment for the leases is a completely separate Remit to.
If we set-up a Remit To vendor by itself and do not link it to the Order From, then the history of payments for that vendor will be inaccurate.
If we set-up two separate Order From with a Remit To each, the history of this one vendor will not be linked as it will posted under two separate vendors. Splitting transactions of one vendor by creating two separate Order From may cause our reporting of procurement thresholds to be inaccurate, and it can also be perceived by the auditors as “splitting/separating” transactions which is not allowed under the procurement laws.
We need your help to provide a solution to this scenario, that will not be one of the above work around methods.

We reviewed the Service Call that was submitted prior to submitting this Product Idea.
We've created a Skycoder import file. By importing this file you will be able to use Skycoder to hide the view button on print history when coming from all screens except for Purchase Order Entry.
This file is not supported as an attachment type on Product Ideas, so Skyward will email the file directly.
Thank you.

Thank you for submitting this idea. We need your feedback!
The Rate Table is structured to put in the “Last Unit at Rate”, so you’ll just see the high number in Skyward.
Example (visual also attached):
0-44 $100
45 BONUS RATE
46-89 $125
90 BONUS RATE
91-134 $150
135 BONUS RATE
136-179 $175In the above example, you can see that I got to 179 days of subbing.
Does this work or is there additional set up not mentioned in the Product Idea that would need to be taken into consideration?
Thank you!

Thank you for your response. I talked with a Skyward rep and we came to this conclusion, as well. However, we only got it to 135 days because after 135, we went to the 99999 at the regular rate. My original request was to add two more lines so that we could have a 179 (regular rate), 180 (bonus rate), 99999 (regular rate). At this time, my district has decided to cap the frequence bonus at 135 days, so now the amount of lines given will work.

Thank you for submitting this idea.
This functionality already exists in Skyward. If an employee submits their time sheets from web, mobile, and reader when an unapproved time off request is out there for that week validation exists to prevent the user from submitting the time sheet.
There is also validation when the time sheet is being approved to catch any unapproved time off requests at that point.
Is the situation that the time off requests are being put in after the time sheet has been submitted/approved?
Thank you!

Thank you for submitting and voting on this idea. Upon further technical review, it has been decided we will not be moving forward with this request at this time due to the differences in expected functionality and the complexity of solving for all possible scenarios.
Please continue to contribute your ideas — they push us to innovate, problem solve, and really understand your needs.
Thank you,

1. Yes, any time a user requests and edit, by using the "Edit Notes" button, we would like the Approver/Supervisor to receive an email.
a. Not limited to after they submit, but rather, ANY TIME, they request an edit.
2. Yes, a widget that the Approvers/Supervisors can add to their Home Page that will show them any requested edits that need attention. "Edits Awaiting My Approval or Attention"
