Thank you for submitting the product idea!
We are looking for more input from our users on this topic.
1. How does this affect your day to day duties with using an onboarding module?
2. What system/process do you currently use to work with gathering this payroll information? Do you utilize something like Custom Forms, FastTrack?
3. What features/processes are you looking for with this onboarding module (ie. do employees upload the documentation, review/approval process, profile integration, etc...)
This idea will remain open for further exploration and input from the Skyward Community.
Thank you!
Erik O.

To include Vacants in report, go to the Selection Parameters in the report template. Add a new parameter set or edit an existing one. Make sure the Include Vacant Assignments is checked. Save the parameter set.
Thank you!
An error occurred while saving the comment Wendy Baackes commentedWe are using Salary Negotiations for budgeting and for building our Employee Management plans for the new school year. It only makes sense that we would want to include the cost of Vacants in our review and plans. It appears that Vacant data pulls into other reports and should work the same in the Employee Management Report.

An error occurred while saving the comment Wendy Baackes commentedData Mining reports under Human Resources WH/EP/DM provides a Last Run Date. To be consistent, I would also like to see this applied to Budgetary Data Mining. This would be helpful in managing and deleting unused or old reports.

2. 25. However, Cash Receipt Groups doesn't appear to work like other Skyward Groups. Cash Receipt Groups only allows us to assign a range of receipt numbers for the users.
3. We would like to see it work like Budget Transfer and Journal Entries where we can give certain users access to submit and others to approve.
4. Not the way it is currently set up. There is nothing to indicate or "view" which Cash Receipt Group submitted the batches.
5. We would not use a reroute options but would expect a denial option to return the entry to the submitter.
6. Better data mining reporting.Wendy Baackes shared this idea · -

In the meantime, if you haven’t tried this already, it could be the solution you’re looking for:
The AP available funds setup in PaC > SA > FM Config > AP will govern Expense Reimbursements. It does so at the AP Processing level, so you won’t necessarily see the verification at the Expense Reimbursement phase. Neither will it verify at the Exp Reimbursement approval phase. Instead, you will noticed an * indicating that the account is over-budget.
The system will, however, check…
An error occurred while saving the comment Wendy Baackes commentedWe are aware that it verifies funds at the AP level. However, this is not the best place for the denial to take place. It should be the submitter or approvers responsibility to verify funds before it goes to AP for processing. None of the other modules such as PO entry or Budget Transfers allows the submitter to proceed if funds are not available.
Wendy Baackes shared this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Wendy Baackes commentedThe Verify Funds options should be made available in the Expense Reimbursement module. Without this function reimbursement requests can be made without available funds and likely will be overlooked or ignored. Like any other process related to budget...purchase orders check requests budget transfers...this option should be applied to Expense Reimbursements. The enhancement would eliminate the possibility of processing payments without available funds and provide necessary controls in the software.

An error occurred while saving the comment Wendy Baackes commentedSee Attachments. Expense Reimbursement allows us to enter Direct Bill items which we like because it gives the approver a picture of how much a conference costs in total.
However, when you use the Direct Bill option it includes those dollars in the totals. It is not clear to the approver or even the requester what the actual reimbursement amount is for.
In my example, only $29 is to be reimbursed, however, the reports lead you to believe the total is $149.00.An error occurred while saving the comment Wendy Baackes commentedThe goal of this enhancement is to accurately show the reimbursement total in the various fields within the Expense Reimbursement process and on the printed report. Currently, the totals include the Direct Bill Amounts which is not made clear to the users/approvers.

An individual email should be generated at the time OE record is denied. It should include the denial notes.
