    I totally agree, Mary. Our district had to abandon the use of this utility, and manually calculate this indicator on over 3,000 students annually.

    Student Mass Change has a preview, and Student Mass Delete has a Report Only option. Both methods allow you to review the results before committing to the database.

    Add option to send email reminder -- yes, this is a very needed option. It could be added to the Auto Email Family category under Advanced Features.

    This idea can be partnered with the idea "Add Option for Custom Forms in Family Access", as they both work towards the same end goal of allowing parents to quickly find the data that they need to view or complete.

    This is a real problem, as it results in us having to re-create reports solely for the purpose of not having the SSN print on the report.

    This is a great idea, especially with the new option for ranged XML processing. If you are processing 100 students, and only one has a validation error (even something as simple as '1' instead of '01'), the entire bulk XML file fails, and the messages from TREx only identify the parsed line number...which is not helpful since Skyward exports the TREx XML file without linefeeds. It requires the use of a tool like XML Spy to locate which student had the error.
