The pop up message option for True Time Quick Entry would be for a district to customize a message? Do you have an example of how you would use this pop up message?

A pop up message to tell them they have an unsubmitted/unsubmitted timesheet would be fabulous as well. The explanation mark in the yellow circle does nothing to grab the attention of the user.

Our district is just kicking off True Time and am finding it very frustrating that there is not a way to reach the employee directly, through the system, to let them know they have an unsubmitted time sheet. The same for unapproved timesheets. It is clumsy and inefficient to have to e-mail the employees and supervisors through a separate process.

We are just piloting True Time and can immediately find that we need a way to e-mail employees directly from a report to advise them that the have unsubmitted timesheets and to approvers for unapproved timesheets.
If I am missing something please let me know but otherwise we need something like this as the alert icon isn't working.An error occurred while saving the comment Julie Lipke

As a new user to True Time, I have been looking for something like this and wondering why it isn't there. It seems logical and totally necessary. Maybe not so much for districts that have been using it for years but for the new users it is needed as employees are not used to this and need reminders. Same goes for the supervisor/approvers, we need a report or option to send them a reminder for timesheets that need approving.

Thank you for submitting this idea, voting on it and in some instances providing more feedback. We spent time researching this request and working with our Professional Services department for a viable solution.
At this time, we are not considering it for development. This request requires some heavy technical enhancements that do not line up with our current road map.

This would be especially important when just starting the module. No one can see the icon in order to open up true time until their timekeeping rule is active. This has been very frustrating for us.

For my district we changed our time off from SICK for support staff and REIM for teachers to PTO for all groups. We needed the name changed so they would know that we no longer request time off under the SICK/REIM code but PTO.
It was a HUGE undertaking to change all of the time off codes, allocation codes, and other things that went along with it. It would have been a huge time saver to just be able to change/edit the name of the code.Julie Lipke

I recently found that if you have the import/export configuration set to use the employee name and pay code that there is a pay frequency override in the assignment. I can see how this is beneficial for new hires but from what I can see you would have to change the configuration setting for those who are resigning mid year as the first set up doesn't look at the paid to date field and you can't enter a frequency of 1 because it brings up the entire contract amount/1 and makes that the new pay amount as well as entering all retirement hours for the contract.
I would like to again make the request that the system looks at #of checks remaining for a particular frequency code to figure the retirement hours.
