We are looking for more input from our users on this topic.
1. How does this affect your day to day duties with using an onboarding module?
2. What system/process do you currently use to work with gathering this payroll information? Do you utilize something like Custom Forms, FastTrack?
3. What features/processes are you looking for with this onboarding module (ie. do employees upload the documentation, review/approval process, profile integration, etc...)
This idea will remain open for further exploration and input from the Skyward Community.

I ran a test of this on an employee profile - I entered in notes as the original creator, and then super used in as another user, and was able to modify the notes as the second user.
Could I have you verify that they have the proper security to the notes section? (At least level 3 access for editing?)

Ecommerce Vendors need to work directly with Skyward to set up the connection.

On the Employee Profile screen, towards the top of the screen there is a customize button - with this you can choose to have specific employee information pinned onto the screen for easier viewing of the data you wish to see.
I have included an attachment of the button on Employee Profile with the options available to you.
I hope this helps and is an alternative you can use!

HR > Employee Profile > Employee > put all of that info on ONE screen so I do not have to lick to 7 places to see their Name, Address, Phone number, Years of Experience, etc. Having to click between 7 screens for basic information is time consuming and seemingly unnecessary. Scrolling is faster.

Thank you but,
1.) agree with Cara's comment. I added their address and phone, and was told I was 23 characters over the limit.
2.) That Customize link is impossible to see. No one will ever find that on their own. Make it bold or blue or something.
3.) I want to see the Employee Name, Address, Phone, Email, Personnel info, Years of Exp, Picture AND anything else under Employee on ONE screen. Why the heck should I have to click to a whole different screen to get the person's address?
4.) I have worked with Skyward for over 15 years and every time I go to a conference I would say the number one complaint with Web and Q is the massive amount of clicking you are building in to these programs.
Scrolling through someone's information is easier than having to click on SEVEN different tabs to see it. I do not understand.
