    Looking into options for adding Staff State ID to Skybuild.

    Data Mining is a tool for Student information reporting, so Staff State ID will not be added to this area of the software.

    I understand that it is a Student Information tool, but many student curriculum programs request teacher ID #'s when you are importing into their systems. For instance, Scholastic's Fastt Math, and HMH programs to name two.

    We understand that the name field character limits could be longer, we are excited to announce that they have been extended on the Qmlativ product. We recommend that you use the Legal Name fields for those students whose names do not fit in the standard name fields. These legal names can be sent via state reporting.

    As mentioned by others in the comments, you can leverage parental consent notes and/or critical alerts to help draw additional attention to these students. We did bring this feedback over to the Qmlativ product and much like on SMS you can require acknowledgement on Critical Alerts; however, on Qmlativ we do this per student based on their explicit situation, in addition to allowing a custom note to be added to the alert that can be viewed by anyone who has access to that student indicator for additional awareness.
