I agree with Tina, we have multiple time off codes that show up in True Time. In the Timekeeping rule you can set which time off codes to include or exclude.

Perhaps Skyward could allow districts to use the Mass Change Add Ons utility for this. Currently it does not allow the "To" field to be blank.

Our OneRoster export does have the OtherID as the Username because we have the OtherID set as the student login field (Under General, Web Access). And the "identifier" field on the OneRoster report is also the OtherID. With this being said I agree that it would be helpful to let us customize the ID fields to better align with the fields we use and the software companies districts work with.
Our issue with the OneRoster report is that the Teacher username is what we use in the district but it will change with a name change, and the OneRoster identifier field is blank for teachers. So we needed to use the SourceID even though this number is not something we use, and would rather have different options.

I think you might want to enter another service call on this because we are also self insured and we don't have this issue. In the 1095C Info area we have staff flagged (check box) as "Report Employee as Covered Individual" (they are not manually added as covered individuals) and on the 1095 it shows the employee in the list of Covered Individuals.
