  1. Ability to submit time off requests to mulitple supervisors at one time

    When an employee has an assignment at more than one building they have the option to choose which supervisor to submit the time off request to, however, at this time they can only choose one or the other. They do not have the option to submit the time off request to both supervisors at one time. I think the option to submit to both supervisors at one time for each of the buildings would be a nice add-in.

  2. Screener Access

    Have the ability to assign multiple screener groups to postings. Your group would be determined by your assignment/location. Part I - If you are an administrator you have xyz rights. If you are a secretary you have abc rights. Part II - then your access would only be to the site that your assignment is at.

    We have the ability of filtering by pay type in the access view. So part of the resources is there. In addition, we would like to keep the ability to manually add and remove access as deemed by the district per individual

  3. Add additional colums to the view.

    In using the Status Code view when looking at applications, the system will only allow you to view 10 columns. In addition, it will only allow you to dump into Excel 10 columns. Several of our applications have as many as 16 status codes assigned. We need either to see it in the view or at least be able to dump it to see the overall picture of the workflow processes on a grand scale.

  5. Would it be possible to have a Purchase Order filter option based on "Received" purchase orders?

    Would it be possible to create a Purchase Order viewing filter based on "Received" Purchase Orders? Otherwise a lot of time is wasted going through each and every open P.O. to see if it has been "Received" in Skyward. Thanks!

  6. Add a date range selection to the Credit Card Transaction Board Report

    The format of the Credit Card Transaction Board Report is a much cleaner report to give to our Board, but I am not able to pull the report for just the transactions that need approval at the monthly board meeting. There needs to be a date range selection, import date range selection, or batch number selection.

  7. Add lockout warning to log in page

    Add a warning to the login page so employees know they will be locked out after 3 failed attempts. I get multiple requests to unlock accounts each day, because people don't know they will be locked out. They just keep trying over and over again. It would be nice if they were instructed to click the Forgot Password link.

  8. Rolling Monthly Report

    The current "Ranges" option under the field parameters in data mining only allows the ability to give the total of the monthly range and display in one column. It would he helpful to expand this option so we can select a month range, but have the report give us individual monthly totals in separate columns. This would be different than the auto-generate since that is limited by the fiscal year. This enhancement would allow us to easily create a rolling monthly history report without having to add multiple fields because we could now define the monthly range for the report.

  10. Calculate retirement hours based on number of checks remaining

    Currently an employee who joins us after the first payroll period applicable to their position the retirement hours on their pay code are populated based on the 20 or 24 checks. ie: employee works 90 days at 6 hpd=540 total hrs. The retirement hours on the pay code populates as 27 (divided by 20 checks) versus 54 based on 10 checks left.

  11. Vendor Req, PO's, Inv, Checks button screen selection

    I regularly use the Req, PO's, Inv, Check button in Vendor Browse. Please allow us to clone and organize the columns as to what is most pertinent to the user. I would also like o see the po number used if the invoice was entered this way.

  13. Calendar Code Mass Change

    With Calendar Code Mass Change it would be super helpful, and TIME saving, to either be able to mass change multiple calendars at the same time or, better yet, have it be part of the update from payroll process so that we can do both at the same time.

  14. Wire Transfer Reference # Set Up

    When setting up Wire Transfer Reference # for new fiscal year - allow the district to edit the first four digits to a larger number. With the start of the 20-21 SY - our ACH & Wire Transfer number both begin in the 20xxxxxxx digits which will make it more difficult to recognize whether a voucher is an ACH payment or a Wire Transfer payment. We use Wire Transfer numbers for all of our p-card payments.

  15. Ability to attach multiple account clearance groups to one user.

    I would like to see the option to attach multiple account codes to one user in the Account Clearance Groups. We have users that use more than one group. Currently you can only select one and if they need to use a different account group we have to manually change it every time. For example, the Curriculum department has multiple account groups assigned to them in Product Setup/Account Groups. However, in the credit card configuration/credit card groups/ account clearance group there is only one group to choose from. Most of the time they use the Curriculum group but If they…

    The software does allow an individual to be attached to more than one account clearance group. Based on the rest of the question, we believe you are talking about assigning Account Clearance groups to Credit Card groups, which is a little bit different. What is the reason that an Account Clearance Group needs to be assigned to the Credit Card Groups?

    When talking about the Credit Card Group configuration, I am assuming what is being said is that one or more Credit Card Groups have an Account Clearance Group assigned to them. It is true that an individual Credit Card Group can have only one Account Clearance Group assigned. But, typically, Account Clearance Groups are not assigned to a Credit Card Group. If a user is part of one or more Account Groups, they will still only be able to see their Account Group expense accounts when going into the…

  16. recurring entries

    In recurring entries when multiple accounts are listed with dollar amounts, but only a couple of the account number dollars changed, not all, then the computer uses the new dollar amount and divides it according to percentages. Please leave the numbers as saved in the entry alone and allow us to select and choose the one or two accounts that need the dollars edited to make the difference up instead of having to edit all the dollar amounts for all the accounts.     Thank you for submitting the product idea!  We have some additional information we would like to know about this -


    1. How does your district currently handle the adjusting of W4s and WT4s?

    2. Are custom forms utilized at all for this where you can link documents?

    3. How often are users changing their withholdings?

    4. Is there an approval process involved before these changes can be made on the Employee Profile?

    Change the default setting from no to yes where you are asked if you want to exclude inactive employees. It is illogical that you would default that setting to NO.

  20. True Time - Enforce Minimum Out To Lunch Timeframe

    In Timekeeping rules, it would be helpful if there was an option to set a minimum time for Out To Lunch. An option already exists that checks time out to lunch for conversion back to an IN punch, but there are no options available to not permit employees to punch back in until they have taken their full lunch break.

    This oversight is costing our district quite a bit in overtime/comp time due to employees failing to take their mandatory 30 minute lunch and accruing additional time throughout the week.
