YES! Especially now, with virtual learning. With more players in the game, there needs to be a "Communication Log", PER STUDENT, but with the option to check a box if the contact pertains to the whole FAMILY, and then that contact record would be attached to any/all siblings in the family. That way, if school personnel places a phone call to Mom because neither of the children in the family have responded to online learning assignments, anyone could look at either child and know who reached out to the family, when they reached out, and what the result of the contact was. There needs to be an easy way to "log" that contact (check box? for... email, phone, text) that all others (Office staff, Admin, Counselors, Teachers, SPED Teachers, Nurses, etc...) can then have access to. (The Gen/Profile/Notes area is not the right place for this type of log.)
