Where do you expect the Fiscal Year to be applied? Would it apply to the Fiscal Year on the Purchase Order? Or would it apply to the Fiscal Year on the Payment? Or would the Fiscal Year apply to something else?

An error occurred while saving the comment Megan Lawson commentedI love this idea. There are times when a PO is approved by someone above me, and when I reroute it to them as a final approver, I would really prefer their name to be at the bottom rather than mine!

An error occurred while saving the comment Megan Lawson commentedIt's probably because you have account clearance groups tied to your PO groups in the web. This is optional, and if you remove it, then you - and everyone else with access to that PO group - will have access to all the accounts you all have security clearance for when you open a PO in any PO group without that restriction. We have clearance groups tied to several of ourPO groups so that people with access to multiple budgets have a narrower selection range, and they remember to use the correct PO group and its related approval path. These are typically secretaries who work for more than one budget manager. See attached for where you can see which PO groups have it.

An error occurred while saving the comment Megan Lawson commentedI have the vendor's third e-mail address set up as the co-op e-mail and send them using the e-mail PO feature. I add a narrative line to all co-op POs that require that type of handling so campuses do not send the PO directly to the vendor. (The only POs that are processed through the business office are e-commerce and e-mail-required co-ops. Otherwise the campus secretary handles from the time of approval.)
When I get the Skyward e-mail confirmation that the e-mail has been sent, I forward it to the campus with a standard e-mail so they know it has been processed and will go through the co-op.

We hear and understand the value of this request. We appreciate everyone voting and commenting on this request. We did not take this request lightly; we’ve reviewed it and conducted a thorough analysis of the project with our development team. Currently, it’s not something on the roadmap for development.

Thank you for submitting and voting on this idea. We’ve researching implementing this enhancement and have determined we will not pursue it at this time.
There are several limitations to updating the font so that it is bolder. The biggest impact is that by making the font bolder it will shift the font and take up more room. Every report in the system would need to be reviewed and most likely updated as data would get pushed off the report rendering them unusable.

1. 5 currently enter receipts.
2. We don't have groups set up. We would have 2 to start with.
3. Approvals would be the same as they are for Journal Entries.
4. Yes - we would use something like this.
5. Yes - we would want the option to deny and allow the originator to edit and resubmit.
6. I would like an edit report that prints prior to posting so everything can be reviewed before posting. I would also like to choose the posting date just as we can currently do on invididual receipts.
