    Thank you all for the comments and ideas! I hate to be the bearer of bad news. Upon further technical review, it has been decided we will not be moving forward with this request at this time due to the differences in records and complexity of screen and Health Condition specific security.

    This is a great idea. We aren't using the RA and RS so it ends up causing a bunch of wasted space and paper, plus the principals get irritated and confused with all the zeros. Love this idea.

    Due to framework limitations this cannot be completed for all reports in the system; however, if you have specific reports that you feel cloning capabilities would greatly impact your district, please list those reports so that we can explore them on an individual basis!

    Are you looking for a browse that has a column for every special program and Y/N if they have a current record?  

    Or are you looking for something more robust that includes all the data fields in each record?
