There is a process in Skyward to clone funds in order to create a new fund.
On the Web, navigate to Account Management, Product Set Up, Utilities and select “Mass Add Account Transaction” Once you’ve run through that utility and reviewed the data you process it using the “Mass Add Accounts” utility.
Here are links to the SkyDoc:
NOTE: We recommend submitting a Service Call to get assistance with running these utilities.
Thank you!

As mentioned by others in the comments, you can leverage parental consent notes and/or critical alerts to help draw additional attention to these students. We did bring this feedback over to the Qmlativ product and much like on SMS you can require acknowledgement on Critical Alerts; however, on Qmlativ we do this per student based on their explicit situation, in addition to allowing a custom note to be added to the alert that can be viewed by anyone who has access to that student indicator for additional awareness.

It is great that you have added the unsubmitted time sheet notification for employees and can configure the weeks. Is there a way to have the notification for the supervisor as well and not just the employee. Also, any way to make the notification stand out more than just the ! in the header?
