Pop Up Message for True Time
It would be great if you could create a pop up message option for True Time Quick Entry. A lot of our employees do not open the Employee Access screen often and this would be a great way to get needed messages to them.

Add Credit Card as a Check Type
When entering invoices, I would think choosing to pay the invoice via Credit Card would be similar to Wire, ACH, or Regular check.
Not sure how complex it would be to link the payment type to the Credit Card section for review/submit/approve options. With paperless options increasing, I feel like this is the time to link the two together.

Purchasing Reports
When running a Purchasing Report (specifically PO Payment History and Account Number Sequence reports - I would like to see the option to select a Fiscal Year so that when you have opened your new fiscal year you can run reports of purchase orders for the current fiscal year only instead of getting both fiscal year's PO's.

W2 message text
On the Options for Receiving my 202x From W2 screen, consider adding more text to the second option. We'd like reminder to staff to make sure we have their correct address. Perhaps something like: "I want to receive a printed copy of my 202x Form W2 from my employer. My address is up-to-date in Skyward."

Add security levels to attachments tab in employee profile
Please add security levels to the attachment tab in employee profile. This will assist us in becoming paperless without having to contract with an outside vendor. We are currently attaching payroll items for the employee to see, current/new TSA election forms, WRS enrollments & terminations, insurance enrollment changes. The current level is wide open so anyone with full access to employee profile can see. Not great but the employees like to see that changes were received and completed. We would love to have security levels added so I could have 4 separate files, Payroll, Human Resources, Medical, and General. Payroll…

Tie 403B Roth and Pre-Tax Deduction Amounts and Percentages Together
Our District allows staff to make pre-tax and post tax contributions to their 403B account. These are currently separate codes with their own contribution limit. However, in the real world, employees are allowed to contribute X amount/percent to each, but each counts toward ONE contribution limit. Our plan allows staff to make changes to their contributions anytime in the year, so the code-specific limits aren't doing us any good. It's not as simple as splitting the limit evenly between the two codes.

Re-open Credit Card transaction in batch status
It would be nice if at the district office level, we could re-open/unlock a credit card transaction that someone has hit the "approved" button on. There are many times when someone makes a mistake and would like to fix, but only one of us in the district offices can do it through PAC on the back end. I would like to be able to open it back up for them to fix on the web side.

Creating a Full-Time/Part-Time checkbox
If we could add a full-time and part-time checkbox next to the "Faculty" checkbox on the personnel tab under the employee profile, this would help with reporting.

Eligible for Rehire Tab
We would like to enter in Skyward if a person is eligible for rehire. Is it possible to add a Eligible for Rehire Tab with the option to select Yes or No. Kind of the like the Leave Information Tab. Right now we have to go to our scanned documents to see if a person is eligible rehire.

Have the ability to print my check stubs in Alphabetical order.
I would like to have the ability to print my direct deposit pay check stubs in alphabetical order. At this time, they will only print in order of check location. I am surprised that this is not an option. Thank you for your consideration.

Calculate retirement hours based on number of checks remaining
Currently an employee who joins us after the first payroll period applicable to their position the retirement hours on their pay code are populated based on the 20 or 24 checks. ie: employee works 90 days at 6 hpd=540 total hrs. The retirement hours on the pay code populates as 27 (divided by 20 checks) versus 54 based on 10 checks left.

W4 and WT4 fillable PDFs in Employee Access
Similar to being able to change your direct deposit, allow the ability to change your withholdings, even if it is just a fillable pdf.

1. How does your district currently handle the adjusting of W4s and WT4s?
2. Are custom forms utilized at all for this where you can link documents?
3. How often are users changing their withholdings?
4. Is there an approval process involved before these changes can be made on the Employee Profile?

True Time Reports/History for Inactive Employees
When a Classified Employee resigns, we deactivate them so they no longer have access to Employee Access. This includes removing them from org charts, deactivating pay records, time off, etc. However, there are times that we'd like to go back and see time sheets. At this point, we have to reactivate them and put them back on an org chart to be able to see anything in True Time. Is there any way to have them inactive, but be able to keep the time sheet history active and easy to get to?

Allow us to see if an emloyee has the true time button when setting them up
There are so many things that need to be set up before an employee can see their True Time module. Even though we can see that employees appear in a Timekeeping rule it doesn't mean they have the ability to see/use the TT button . If we could see if they have it when we are in their profile under the blue circled i like we can use check estimator it would avoid having to log in as the employee and ensuring they have the button open to them. Org Chart Update Utility
For districts that have multiple org charts used for different purposes, it would be great if there was a utility that could be used to select the org chart(s) and then add, remove, or move an employee on all selected org charts. It is time consuming (and error prone) to have to edit each org chart and take action on the employee one org chart at a time.

Fillable PDF
It would be advantageous to have a way when using online/custom forms to be able to have the employee complete a fillable PDF, save it automatically into their profile. They can only answer the questions on the designated form and we wouldn't need to worry about them attaching a document to their profile that wasn't intended. Currently Skyward allows you to send a fillable PDF to the employee but there is no way for them to save it other than to their device and then uploading it into their employee profile. This could be a nightmare with all the documents…

Check Image and ACH Advice of Deposit Image Attached to AP Transactions
With the goal of going paperless, we would like to see the Check and ACH Advice of Deposit Images attached to each payment as part of AP process. (Similar to the way that employee letters are posted to each employee's record.)
The image of the check and advice of deposit is requested frequently by our auditors and as part of the grant reporting process.

True Time - Enforce Minimum Out To Lunch Timeframe
In Timekeeping rules, it would be helpful if there was an option to set a minimum time for Out To Lunch. An option already exists that checks time out to lunch for conversion back to an IN punch, but there are no options available to not permit employees to punch back in until they have taken their full lunch break.
This oversight is costing our district quite a bit in overtime/comp time due to employees failing to take their mandatory 30 minute lunch and accruing additional time throughout the week.
