Add a Budgetary Data Mining Report under employee widgets
Add under the "select widget" the ability to display Data Mining Reports. Teachers and Adminstration would love a quick link to their reports on one screen.

Widgets typically allow for a specific action to be taken while using it. For example, the requisition widget allows users to approve/deny requisitions. What action would you expect your employees to be taking with a Budgetary Data Mining widget?
We suggest employees who use Budgetary Data Mining that want a quick link to the area “Favorite” it for quick access.

Start date needs to print on missing timesheet reports if you can't change the programing
We really, really need to be able to either have the system block employees from being reported with an unsubmitted timesheet or at a minimum have the start date of the current position printed on all missing timesheet reports.
We end up wasting so much time going back to look at their start dates because they pull in with just being in the timekeeping group. Why couldn't the system even use the scheduled dates for the baseline of when to pull in?

We’d specifically like to know what you have selected under Timesheet Statuses to include:
Do you have the fourth option “Include timesheets that have no transactions” checked? If it is checked it will make it so the report is wide open.
If you are running it wide open, what are your dates?

The comments section under Employee - Personnel should be separate from the Vendor Comment section. This is a security issue.

allow setting to keep dates set in the PAC true time workweek
It is frustrating to always set the current dates we are working with for a payroll period after we leave that area to correct a time sheet.

FastTrack Email Notifications for Custom Status Codes
I would like to request a product enhancement that would allow us to send email notifications from Skyward to district staff when certain custom status codes are used in FastTrack – this is different than the screener, payroll, and HR notifications, but a custom option in the same area of setup - Message Center -> Configuration. An example of this would be a status code that is set up for salary review by a specific executive prior to proceeding with making an offer. This would help greatly with efficiency as these custom codes are generally used by executive leaders in…

Changing Employee Schedules
In the employee profile, under the TrueTime tab, in Workweek Schedule. It would be helpful if when you made a change to the schedule it would ask you if you would like to make that change for just that week or if you would like it changed going forward. In my District I need to make changes to one specific week to get the Time off to import correctly. Currently to be able to do that I have to change the week I want and then go to the next week and change it back to the original schedule.

Requisition detail per-line discount
Currently, there is no way to add a discount percentage for a detail line. I have a quote from a vendor that shows a percentage discount per line, but there is no way to input that in the line item, the column "% Disc" just shows '0'. Per Skyward support, I have to manually figure the discount myself and add an additional line to subtract.

In SMS 2.0 you are able to add a flat discount for a Vendor which gets applied to all line items for that vendor. The result of that discount is what you would see on the Requisition screen in the %Discount column and should be applied automatically.
This is the first time we’ve heard of Vendors providing separate discounts depending on the item purchased. We would need to understand this use case more thoroughly and have more support from the Skyward user community prior to considering it for development.

Invoice Entry Enter through all sections
When going through the data entry in the invoice add screen on web, you can hit "Enter" to go to the next option EXCEPT the "Status" option. Then if you want to continue keying, you have to switch to TAB to the next option. I would just like to continue to "Enter" through all the options for ease of use using the numberpad.

I sometimes have to approve 50+ invoices, and it's very time consuming to click each and every box.

Invoice approval - payment type
Would it be possible to add the payment type field to the invoice master field on the invoice approval screen? We use various payment methods - wire, ACH and checks. It would be helpful in our approval process to see that the correct payment method has been selected.

Data Mining True Time
Need Time Sheet History, specifically Time sheet status to be available in data mining. This could then be used to compare with the Missing Timesheet report. The Timesheet History field should automatically pull the available statuses from Payroll > True Time > History. Specifically looking for Submitted/Unsubmitted/Denied, but others would be good as well.

Wellness screeining visible to employee supervisors
We would like supervisors to have the right to see only their employees wellness screening and print (or extract) an excel with the information.

Aging purchase order report
I would like a purchase order aging report. I would like a report with the purchase order date on the report. The report would allow us to review which purchase orders remain open 30, 45, or 60+ similar to a report a vendor sends regarding invoices that have not been paid. The purchase order has a PO date on it when it prints.

ALL SKYWARD PRESET REPORTS SHOULD INCLUDE THE EMPLOYEE ID/NAMEID
Every preset report should automatically include either the employee ID or NameKey (as long as they are consistent). Some reports have the name key. Some reports are LFM, some are Last Name, First, Middle in separate columns with no employee ID. I will use the Time Off Tracker as an example. It defaults with all three names in separate columns. I find myself constantly pulling a data mining reports and running VLOOKUP to add an employee ID or employee type to a report. How about some consistency? The SMS 2.0 strategy behind canned reports was that each report was built with input from customers on what they wanted and needed at that time. The benefit to that strategy was that each report was designed in such a way that is was unique to that area.
As times have changed it has come at the cost of consistency across the system. This strategy was something Skyward shifted with our Qmlativ product where we have one stop shop for Report Management with a Report Designer and a Data Mining Designer.
Do you have specific reports that you’d like updated with a NameKey option in the parameters?

Ability To Tie Specific Time Off Codes to Specific Pay Codes
We would like the ability to connect specific time off codes to specific pay codes. Time off populates into timesheets, and from the timesheet it flows into payroll. With past employers, sick/vacation/personal time taken showed up on employees pay stubs. This would also be helpful when someone received a different rate of pay for time off. This became most evident and problematic with COVID absences, but it would be helpful in VARIOUS ways that have nothing to do with COVID. Professional Development Request - option to display WI PI 34 Standards or no
We are Using Professional Development to track our Talent Development credits locally for moving along the matrix - it would be nice to be able to not display the WI PI34 standards on the Pre-Approval credit request as it does not apply to how we are using this part of the module.

Payroll Variance Report
In the "Post-Verification" section of payroll there should be a report that shows variances. For example it should compare the gross or net between the last payroll and the current payroll.
Each employee should be on their own line and you should be able to choose what you see on the report so you can choose to look at: net, gross, specific deductions, or specific benefits. Would help pin-point errors quickly without having to print 2 reports and having to manually compare the reports.

Employee Access -Employee Deductions and Benefits
I wish there was a way for employees to view their current deductions and benefits in Employee Access outside of having to always look at their last paycheck. This could be under Employee Access, Employee Information, Payroll. There could be a deductions section and a benefits section. Then if this was possible, we could pull this into our Open Enrollment custom forms each year as that is a popular question from employees during this time, what benefits do I currently have?
