    We attach documents but do not allow them to be seen from Employee Access. We would like to allow administrators to see attachments, but would like to limit some of the attachments i.e. social security cards, etc.

    Where do you expect the Fiscal Year to be applied? Would it apply to the Fiscal Year on the Purchase Order? Or would it apply to the Fiscal Year on the Payment? Or would the Fiscal Year apply to something else?
