We understand that the name field character limits could be longer, we are excited to announce that they have been extended on the Qmlativ product. We recommend that you use the Legal Name fields for those students whose names do not fit in the standard name fields. These legal names can be sent via state reporting.

Thank you for submitting your request to our Ideas Portal. The ability to import data into a worksheet for payroll processing is available through licensing. The Time Card Import will allow for the upload of a .csv file and populate worksheet entries.

To remove an individual from an Online Form, the Online Form will need to be deactivated temporarily. Once you deactivate you can click the Activate button again and then the Selection Parameters screen will come up where you will be able to make changes to remove the individual from the Online Form. You can do this even if the employee has already completed the Online Form.
Note: This will only work if you make your employee selection by individual employee.
Thank you!

There are instances where an employee may not need to complete the online form such as resignation or the employee letter that's posted is incorrect etc. In that case you cannot delete anyone who was assigned the online form unless you log into their profile and complete the form for them. It will always show as incomplete or outstanding. Either we need an option to delete an online form for a specific employee or it needs to be setup like the Student side's Online Form which includes a Verification process which gives the district an option to delete the online form process for someone for whom it no longer applies i.e. they've resigned or change in positions.
Having the option to delete an online form by person allows more flexibility with the processes every HR dept is trying to move to Online Forms. It would solve the problems of open incomplete online forms for recently resigned employees employees who received incorrect posted employee letters via online forms etc.An error occurred while saving the comment Aaron Pannone commentedYou cannot currently delete an online form process for a given employee. An error occurred while saving the comment Aaron Pannone commentedRequest for mobile app: Lunch menu area - we would like to have the mobile app have a clickable link so that the lunch calendar link URL will take patrons to the lunch menu calendar. We would be able to provide a link to our pdf lunch menu through the mobile app.
