commentedI agree that more fields need to be added to the custom form skyward field options. Homeroom and lunch code effective date are essential when asking parent/guardians to complete certain forms for back to school. They need to be able to see which homeroom their child is currently assigned to and also the effective date of their current lunch code to determine if they need complete a new food serice application. commentedThere is a utility. You will want to do this before the end of the year rollover. Make sure you are in the 000 Entity. Go to Student Services> Special Education>Setup>Utilities. Maintain Student Placements. In the left side, choose the placement for the current year, then in the right choose the placement for the next year, then add to browse. Once you have them all in the preview window at the bottom you can run the utility. You can also do this after you do the rollover if you forget, it just takes a little more work and you would move from current year to current year.

commentedI believe that is just based on the way you have it set up. Both parents in family one are able to complete the registration forms at our district. We restrict the second family to only view the forms, but if they are listed in family one, then both parents have access. You may want to check your settings.

commentedAlso, the nurse's office needs an automated email. Not the email that goes to the parent, but the automated email set up to email staff.

Still need homeroom code added to the options for Skyward fields on custom forms and also the current lunch code's effective date so that it can be displayed so parents are aware if they need to complete a food service application. This gets confusing at the beginning of the year when there is a 30 day rollover.
