Clone Substitute as part of Time Off Trans Clone
It would be great to have the option of cloning the Substitute as part of the Time Off transaction clone process. I most often use the clone process for FMLA or long-term situations and many times the substitute is the same for the whole period. As it is right now I can clone the time off but then have to edit each transaction any way to update the sub field. I'd like the Expense Reimbursement Org Chart to show in Employee Profile>Org Cart.
Right now the only org chart that shows on the employee profile is the time off org chart. We don't use time off in Skyward. It would be more helpful for us if there was a choice on which org charts show on the profile.

Add Position Control information to data mining fields
Because Position Control information could differ from the Assignment information, we would like to be able to add Position Control fields to either data mining, or run some type of other reporting option, to be able to review and compare the data fields between Position Control and Assignment.
We would need to be able to run this report for both Employee Management and for Salary Negotiations, including vacancies.

Last Date Modified on Picture Import Utilities
Update the picture import utilities for both Student and Employee to look at the last date modified on the picture file and give the option to only import pictures that have been modified in the last “X” number of days. As part of the integration with IDImage we schedule this importer to run multiple times a day and every time it runs it reimports all pictures. We only need it to import pictures that have been recently updated.

View Time off for same department employees and supervisors
Supervisor wants everyone in the department to be able to see time off for everyone in the department at any level, but not to be able to see how they are using their time off. Another words, he want employees to be able to see the name of the other employees taking off, but not if they were NCD, sick, etc. This would be a great help to the department, because employees never know when supervisors are going to be off.

Please add ability to mass change position amount in Position Assignments Mass Change Utility.
We use an amount on our stipend positions because they are the same for everyone that gets that stipend. This year we raised the amounts for some stipends. I had to manually edit each position for each campus in order to update the amount on the position because on the position-mass change utility, there is no place to update the amount. I would like a field to be added to the position -mass change utility that will update the amount on positions selected.

Pulling Reports on Historical Data when an Employee has changed Employee Type
I would like to see some enhancements on historical payroll data reports.
I want to pull a report showing the total payroll amounts by Employee Type and pay code type. HOWEVER, I want the report to show those that were in that employee type during the time frame of the payrolls.
For example, in 2020-21, Susie Smith was a paraprofessional. In 2021-2022, she became a teacher. I want to be able to pull a report for 2020-21 showing employees that were paras at the time. FastTrack Email Notifications for Custom Status Codes
I would like to request a product enhancement that would allow us to send email notifications from Skyward to district staff when certain custom status codes are used in FastTrack – this is different than the screener, payroll, and HR notifications, but a custom option in the same area of setup - Message Center -> Configuration. An example of this would be a status code that is set up for salary review by a specific executive prior to proceeding with making an offer. Invoice Entry Enter through all sections
When going through the data entry in the invoice add screen on web, you can hit "Enter" to go to the next option EXCEPT the "Status" option. Then if you want to continue keying, you have to switch to TAB to the next option. I would just like to continue to "Enter" through all the options for ease of use using the numberpad.

Life Long Counter - Sub Tracking
Our district would like to offer an incentive every 45 days a sub works. This does not have to be consecutive. I can set this is up using the Life Long Counter section in Rate Tables, however, it only allows me so many "lines" to create the structure. As of now, I can only go up to 135 days. We've run reports from previous years and we've had subs that have worked up to 171 days in a school year. That being said, if we had just two more "lines" in the Life Long Counter, I could get this set…

The Rate Table is structured to put in the “Last Unit at Rate”, so you’ll just see the high number in Skyward.
Example (visual also attached):
0-44 $100
45 BONUS RATE
46-89 $125
90 BONUS RATE
91-134 $150
135 BONUS RATE
136-179 $175In the above example, you can see that I got to 179 days of subbing.

Screener Access
Have the ability to assign multiple screener groups to postings. Your group would be determined by your assignment/location. Part I - If you are an administrator you have xyz rights. If you are a secretary you have abc rights. Part II - then your access would only be to the site that your assignment is at.

Add additional colums to the view.
In using the Status Code view when looking at applications, the system will only allow you to view 10 columns. In addition, it will only allow you to dump into Excel 10 columns. Several of our applications have as many as 16 status codes assigned. We need either to see it in the view or at least be able to dump it to see the overall picture of the workflow processes on a grand scale.
