Hi everyone, we have begun development updates to provide additional functionality to better track a student’s legal name when they identify with another name. An identity tab will be available within the Student profile where a student’s legal name information can be maintained and pulled from for state reporting needs. This will then allow the preferred name to be entered as the student’s profile name and be represented throughout the system. We will also be looking to provide options on report cards and transcripts to designate which name you’d like to print.

I was just going to post this same thing. I am in the gradebook helping a teacher and you have to go down the list and click grade and transfer for every single assignment one by one! Pre--pandemic, this may not have been as big of an issue, but now, students are changing sections constantly throughout the semester!!!

Jacque, the grade change request worked great pre-covid, but now we are dealing with a lot of students that are being give the opportunity to improve their grade, so it would be nice if I could say "leave the gradebook open for all students that have between a 45-59%". Also, if the gradebook is closed, I don't think they can use grade sync from our LMS.

I also wish we could do it for certain students. We are giving students with a certain percentage extra time to get to passing, but I have to open the gradebook for all teachers and all students. Makes me very nervous.

Or the ability to go to the section master and select multiple sections to delete at a time. Like a check box or something. It is way to tedious to do each individually.
