   We definitely could have gotten in front of this better that these buttons were going to be taken away and we will make sure next time we decide to take any buttons away for data integrity and efficiency, we will make sure we inform our valued customers way ahead of time.

   The reason we committed to this enhancement is because Employee Management is no longer supported in PaC. The system did not handle the new salary calculation method and new scenarios correctly such as additional pay codes and add-ons, which ultimately could have shown inaccurate data for employees.

   There are many efficiencies to using the web. Example: currently if you are running payroll or running a report and want to look at assignment information in PaC you would have to back all the way out of what you were doing to go to the Assignments then back out of that screen and go over to the report, payroll or whatever process you were in. By having the web open, it allows you to multi-task and increase efficiencies in your processes and be able to open up multiple tabs if you needed to view multiple assignments at the same time.

   One option I have found beneficial is setting up my PaC and Web screens side-by-side on my laptop, which gives me flexibility to work in both programs simultaneously without having to switch back and forth.

   Another benefit to using the web, is you can setup a favorite on the employee management assignment tab in Employee Profile so you can quickly navigate to view all of an employee’s assignments.

    Thank you for submitting and voting on this Idea. We’ve spent some time here at Skyward doing research for this request and have determined after a thorough analysis that we will not be pursing this development.

    We discovered, that if we add multiple buildings to the employee profile, this change would create large ramifications. Building is found in many places throughout the system and the effort, impact and risk to update is not something we will be able to address at this time.

    We recommend using Employee Management Data Mining to report on Employees and all their Assigned Buildings.

    In Data Mining use Assignment as the Driver Table, In Field Areas select Position, and under Position select Position Building Code, Position Building state, and Position Building Desc. To report on all buildings associated with an Employee.

    Starting with the 05.20.02.00.11 & 05.20.06.00.02 addendums both available on 6/25/2020 a new option will be available to populate the IRS Form 941 with data from the 941 Report/Extract. Presently, this is only available for the current (2020) form year.
