    There is an option in the Family Access Entity Configuration area to “allow guardians to send message center messages”. If enabled, guardians can post messages to all teachers via the Wall/Home.

    If this solution will satisfy the customer need – we will void/remove this idea from the Product Ideas Portal.

    I don't know about other schools, but our teachers would prefer an email, as they don't check for "wall" messages.

    Or in lieu of that -- don't have the steps clickable on the side -- MAKE them use the complete this step and move on button at the bottom. The problem comes when users are finishing a step and see the blue links on the right for the next step and click there.
