Hello!
We have a few options that you can try to resolve some of these scenarios you have listed.
We cannot prohibit employees from submitting timesheets before all hours are accounted for, but you can set a requirement for the employee to select a reason why their timesheet is short on hours when the timesheet is at least X less than their weekly schedule time.
For your approvers, there is a setting where you can display timesheets in a different color when they are under a certain # of hours of their schedule.
If your employees have an annualized rule, you could have a time off record created for any hours you are short.

I think I can answer for her....Yes, we edit in WEB, since that's where time sheet data is housed, we ONLY do the calculations in PAC (no edit of time sheets available in PAC)

Yes, it is hard to use the calendar.... but here's a tip.... when you're on the date field, type just the letter T (for today's date) and hit control/Y for yesterday's date. this is what we do?!

Widgets typically allow for a specific action to be taken while using it. For example, the requisition widget allows users to approve/deny requisitions. What action would you expect your employees to be taking with a Budgetary Data Mining widget?
We suggest employees who use Budgetary Data Mining that want a quick link to the area “Favorite” it for quick access.

Ashley - I think she means for it to be available as a widget, RATHER than saving it as a favorite. When Admin sets up widget access for everybody, if that would be an available widget, she could select it to appear there, rather than directing each employee to add it as a personal favorite. It would be done in one swoop by adding it as a widget that all district employees would have

The Rate Tables are a combination of Employee Type & Sub Type. Have you tried changing the Employee Type Code and/or the Sub Type Code to re-name one of the rate table codes in Sub Tracking?

I would say just in the FINAL approver, since we don't need to concern our school secretaries (at the lower level) with this, WE want to see it as the FINAL approver... it would bring to our attention! Thank you!
