Thank you for submitting the product idea!
I ran a test of this on an employee profile - I entered in notes as the original creator, and then super used in as another user, and was able to modify the notes as the second user.
Could I have you verify that they have the proper security to the notes section? (At least level 3 access for editing?)

Thank you for submitting this Product Idea. We have reviewed it and would like to see more support from the Skyward user community.
There are a few questions which we would like a better understanding on with this product idea:
1. Would a user preferences area be helpful so the user can decide how they want the option defaulted on how to update assignments?
2. Are you only looking for when FTE is changed or when any area on the position control is changed?
This Idea will remain open for the Skyward user community to show support by voting and commenting on it with additional use cases.

Our current count of supplements manually entered for this school year is already past 2,400 so an approval process similar to that used in the new hire request would be extremely helpful. This same functionality would be useful to mitigate the extreme number of stipends that are also processed each school year.
