    This would solve a ton of issues at our district. We have changed team names various times throughout the years and the only way to remove the ones we are no longer using is to mass change the course master - at this point we would have to run the mass change utility 20 times per team to remove the teams.

    making them year specific or giving the option to inactivate a code would fix this issue.

    School is currently an option in Message Center.

    Need ability to default for new families check boxes for Receive Report Cards, Print Hard Copy Report Cards and Receive Forms.

    We can do so for custodial and pickup, but not for the report card stuff.

    We spend lots of time double checking why someone didn't get a mailing or a report card due to a box being left unchecked by accident.

    I know there are mass assign options, but we want the Receive Hard Copy of report cards to be blank to begin with and parents can change within online registration if they really want a copy mailed to them. Thanks!

    There is an option in the Family Access Entity Configuration area to “allow guardians to send message center messages”. If enabled, guardians can post messages to all teachers via the Wall/Home.

    If this solution will satisfy the customer need – we will void/remove this idea from the Product Ideas Portal.
