Update CPR Instructions Peace Officer Met Dates
Add the option to update the CPR Instruction and Peace Officer Interaction met dates under the Mass Assign Graduation Information utility. These are now state requirements for all graduating seniors. If the option is not added a campus will have to manually enter the dates into 2 fields for all seniors. This will be very time consuming and leave room for missing data. (Please see the attached PDF documents for supporting data)The expected outcome would be the edition of the option to update the CPR Instruction and Peace Officer Instruction met dates under the Mass Assign Graduation Information utility. Add a way to change/replace a planned curriculum
Often when working on a Career Plan you need to swap out one Curriculum for another. This would work similarly to the Change Section concept in scheduling where you could remove and add a planned curriculum in one workflow.

Without pre-built templates this module is unusable by anyone but counselors who know the course guide inside and out.
Solution: Make the career plan templates multi-select when you click Maintain. We could then build an advanced core and modified track for each of the core curriculum areas (Math Science Social Studies and English) as well…32 votesHi everyone! This update was completed with PR 3990065 and included in the October Addendum 5 release on 11/27/2019.

Update Skyward's PGP to be HB 5 Compliant
Based upon the state mandate for HB 5 that all students are required to have a PGP and adds that it must be available through the electronic student record system I am requesting and enhancement to the existing PGP in Skyward to be HB 5 compliant. Many districts have contracted with outside vendors to provide the 4-year plan part of the PGP however smaller districts do not have the financial means to afford an additional software and the programming staff to make it integrate with Skyward. Also the current PGP does not include the new Foundation Graduation plans with Endorsements…
